Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 06/19 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 02/19 attended the hearing with a representative and the manager of the taxi company he was employed by, and they all addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and, where relevant, any additional information submitted to, or reported at, the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-

The licence holder be issued with a final written warning with regard to his future conduct, to remain on his licence for the remainder of the current term, and a further one year and seven months, making a total of two years.
