The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 11/19 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and the information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee agrees that the licence in Case No.11/19 be immediately revoked under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, as the Sub-Committee considers that, in the light of the offence now committed, the licence holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
