The Chair (Councillor Julie Dore) reported that the appendix to the report at agenda item 17 (West Bar Square Potential Investment Partner) (item 16 of these minutes) was not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, if the content of this appendix was to be discussed the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
