The Director of Culture and Environment submitted a report seeking to refer the City of Sheffield (Rotherham Road to Deepwell Drive) Cycle Track Conversion Order 2018 to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation in the light of objections received. 

6.2

An email from an objector had been circulated to Members and whilst it raised no further objections to those outlined in the report, the report stated at section 5, that a meeting had taken place on site with an objector at ‘the objector’s request’ and it was noted that this should read at ‘the officer’s request’.  No further comments or objections had been received.

6.3

RESOLVED: That the Director of Legal and Governance be authorised to refer the City of Sheffield (Rotherham Road to Deepwell Drive) Cycle Track Conversion Order 2018 to the Secretary of State for confirmation.
