The Chair (Councillor Julie Dore) reported that the appendix to the report at agenda item 12 (Waste Management Budget Savings 2019) (See minute 11 below) was not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, if the content of the appendix was to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
