The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No. 44/19 did not attend the hearing and, as no notification had been received by the Licensing Service, the case was considered in his absence. |
||

||
4.3 |
The applicant in Case No. 45/19 attended the hearing with a representative and two other people speaking in favour of the application, and they all addressed the Sub-Committee. |

4.4 |
The applicant in Case No. 46/19 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
