The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No. 54/19 did not attend the hearing and, as no notification had been received by the Licensing Service, the case was considered in his absence. |

|
||

4.3 |
The applicant in Case No. 55/19 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
