(a) Grant a licence for one year, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence and (b) the applicant be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the term of the licence, and for the term of his next licence, warning that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
