The Director of City Growth submitted a report seeking to confirm Tree Preservation Order No. 432 made on 18^th April 2019, in respect of trees in the front garden of Middlewood Grange, Middlewood Road North, Sheffield, S35 0HF.  The report stated that the trees were considered to be under threat because of an application to fell them.  A Tree Evaluation Method for Preservation Orders (TEMPO) assessment had been carried out prior to making the Order, which found the trees suitable for protection.  In view of the assessment, it was considered expedient to make an Order to protect the trees.

The Tree Preservation Order, Tree Schedule, site plan and TEMPO were attached to the report.

No objections to the Tree Preservation Order had been received.

RESOLVED: That, following consideration of the objections, Tree Preservation Order No. 432, made on 18^th April 2019, in respect of trees in the front garden of Middlewood Grange, Middlewood Road North, Sheffield, S35 0HF, be confirmed unmodified.
