RESOLVED: That, having heard representations from the agent speaking in support of the application, an application for planning permission be granted, conditionally, for the reasons set out in the report and including the revised conditions as set out in the Supplementary Report now submitted, for the change of use from shop (use Class A1 – retail) to micropub (use Class A4 – drinking establishment), including erection of shop front and 2 x front dormer windows and alterations to rear elevation including installation of roller shutter, at Mosborough Motor Spares, 38C-38D High Street, Mosborough, Sheffield, S20 5AE (Case No. 19/01605/FUL).
