RESOLVED: That, an application for planning permission be granted, conditionally, for the reasons set out in the report now submitted and subject to a legal agreement, as set out in the heads of terms contained in the report, for demolition of residential building and erection of seven-storey student accommodation building (use Sui Generis) comprising 77 units with ancillary parking and rooftop landscaping at 16 Hodgson Street, Sheffield, S3 7WQ (Case No. 19/00451/FUL).
