Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 91/19 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 92/19 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The licence holder in Case No. 93/19 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No. 95/19 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.6

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported, and where relevant, circulated at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-

Refuse to grant a licence on the grounds that, in the light of the offences and convictions now reported, the applicant’s attitude and his responses to the questions raised, the Sub-Committee does not consider the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence.
