The Chair (Councillor Denise Fox) reported that the additional paper circulated to Members prior to the meeting, and relating to agenda item 8 – Sheffield City Trust Update – was not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, and that if the content of the paper was to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
