Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, on the grounds that, given the nature of, and short timescale between, the two incidents now reported, the Sub-Committee considers the licence holder to be an immediate and ongoing risk to the public. |
