(a) Grant a licence for the term of one year, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence and (b) the applicant be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the terms of his next two licences, and warned that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |

The application be refused on the grounds that the applicant has not provided sufficient evidence to convince the Sub-Committee that there are exceptional reasons to deviate from the current policy on the age limit of vehicles. |

Extend the licence up to 31st March 2020, on the grounds that the applicant has provided sufficient evidence to convince the Sub-Committee that there are exceptional reasons to deviate from the current policy on the age limit of vehicles, subject to the applicant supplying (a) the remaining service history documentation, which had been omitted from the case papers and (b) an up to date certificate of compliance. |
