The Chair (Councillor Julie Dore) reported that appendices to the reports at agenda items 13 and 14 (See minutes 12 and 13 below) – ‘Disposal of Land at Smithfield and Cross Smithfield’ and ‘Disposal of Land at 210 Rockingham Street’ - were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, if the content of the appendices was to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
