To approve the minutes of the meetings of Committee held on 4^th November, 2019

The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 4^th November 2019, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, the Policy and Improvement Officer (Alice Nicholson) reported that (a) she was still awaiting information which had been requested from officers at the meeting held on 14^th October 2019, and would chase this up, and circulate the information to Members of the Committee when received, and (b) the special meeting of the Committee to consider the ‘Make Your Mark – UK User Consultation Outcomes’, and which was to be attended by members of the Youth Council, had been arranged for Tuesday, 17^th December 2019, at 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm, in the Town Hall.
