The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No.01/20 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee determined that the licence holder be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the term of the licence, and warned that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
