The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. Clive Stephenson (Licensing and Strategy Policy Officer) reported that the applicant in Case No.08/20 had withdrawn his application. |

The licence holder in Case No. 06/20 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
