Requests the applicant to obtain information from the two former employers now mentioned regarding the terms of employment and reasons for dismissal, and if such details concur with the information now reported by the applicant, the Chief Licensing Officer be granted delegated authority, in consultation with the Chair of the Sub-Committee, to grant a licence for one year, as requested, on the basis that the Sub-Committee would consider the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
