Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The licence holder in Case No. 48/20 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 49/20 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The licence holder in Case No. 44/20 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported, and where relevant, circulated at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
