The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No.50/20 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee determined that the applicant (a) be granted a licence for the term of three years, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence and (b) the applicant be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the term of the licence. |
