(a) Immediately suspend the licence for a term of three months as the Sub-Committee did not consider that the licence holder had made every effort to contact the Licensing Service informing them that he had been convicted of a driving offence and (b) the licence holder (i) be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the term of the licence, and (ii) be requested to complete the Level 2 course – “Introduction to the Role of Professional Taxi and Private Hire Taxi Driver’ before the expiry of his licence. |
