The Chair (Councillor Jayne Dunn) declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 8b.  Application No. 20/01030/ FUL – Stepney Street Car Park, Stepney Street, Sheffield, S2 5TD, as she had a passing acquaintance with the applicant due to living in the same vicinity.   Councillor Dunn confirmed that she had had no communication with the applicant and not formed an opinion or declared her position on the application prior to the meeting, therefore would take part in the discussion and voting thereon.
