The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No. 81/20 attended the hearing with two representatives, and they all addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information reported, (a) a licence be granted for one year, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence, and (b) the applicant be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for the term of the licence. |
