The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No.83/20 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and information reported at the meeting, the licence be immediately revoked, under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, as the Sub-Committee considers that, in the light of the offences and incidents now reported, the licence holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence (Case No.83/20). |
