RESOLVED: That, on the grounds that the applicant did not attend the hearing, consideration of the application for the grant of a static Street Trading Consent at Ribston Road, Sheffield S9 (Ref No. 74/12) be deferred to a future meeting to give the applicant one more opportunity to attend and present his case.
