(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of six months in view of the offences and convictions now reported and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a nine month licence and, on the second renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewals, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further offences or convictions reported and (b) the applicant be given a final written warning as to his future conduct. |
