The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 5 March 2013 were approved as a correct record subject to an amendment to the resolution in relation to item 9: Dial House, Ben Lane: Update to read ‘That the application to discharge the conditions in relation to the development at Ben Lane be submitted to a future meeting of the Committee subject to the fee being paid and the conditions met.’
