RESOLVED: That, having heard oral representations from the applicant’s representative at the meeting, the application now submitted for planning permission to erect a dwellinghouse within the curtilage of Wadsley Lodge, 1 Laird Road (Case No. 13/00199/FUL), under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Regulations made thereunder, be deferred pending a visit of inspection being made to the site.
