To note that meetings of the Committee will be held, if required, on (a) 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 28th and 29th August, 2013, at 10.00 am, in the Town Hall and (b) 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 27th and 30th August, at 12 noon, at Howden House.
