Application for a new Private Hire Vehicle Licence |
Depart from the current Policy that an application for a new Vehicle Licence should not be approved where the vehicle is over 5 years old and issue a licence for the normal term of 12 months, due to the Sub Committee being satisfied the vehicle is well maintained. The Sub -Committee decided to place a further condition on the licence; that the vehicle be presented for test three times per year, at a cost to the licensee, for the lifetime of the licence. |
