The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 3^rd October 2013, were approved as a correct record, subject to the list of Members present, which was amended by the addition of Councillor Stuart Wattam to the list.

The Committee received and noted a paper containing an update on actions undertaken following the proceedings of previous meetings.
