The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 11^th December, 2013, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, the Policy and Improvement Officer, Matthew Borland, confirmed that he had circulated a report on the outcome of the Committee’s discussion on Cobnar Road Cottage, at its meeting held on 4^th October, 2013, which had been submitted to the Cabinet at its meeting on 16^th October, 2013, together with the Cabinet’s recommendations.
