(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of six months, in the light of the serious nature of the offences now reported and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a nine month licence and, on the second renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewal, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern; (b) a warning be placed on the licence for the period of 15 months; and (c) the applicant be required to pass all the relevant tests. |
