Minutes:

RESOLVED: That (a) the applications now submitted for permission to develop land under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Regulations made thereunder and for consent under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1989, be decided, granted or refused as stated in the report to this Committee for this date in respect of Case No. 14/02725/FUL and other applications considered be amended as in the minutes of this meeting, and the requisite notices issued; the granting of any permission or consent shall not constitute approval, permission or consent by this Committee or the Council for any other purpose; and

 

 

(b) subject to an amended condition, the inclusion of an additional condition and, following consideration of a late representation, as outlined in a supplementary report circulated at the meeting, and following consideration of representations made at the meeting in support of the application from the applicant’s agent, an application for planning permission for demolition of existing food retail unit and two dwellinghouses and erection of new food unit with associated car parking accommodation, landscaping works, amended access and relocation of electricity sub-station (re-submission) (amended as per plans received on 29/10/2014) at LiDL Supermarket, Castlebeck Avenue and 322 and 324 Prince of Wales Road (Case No. 14/03048/FUL) be granted, conditonally.
