The Head of Elections, Equalities and Involvement submitted a report containing the Work Programme for the Committee for 2014/15.

The Policy and Improvement Officer, Emily Standbrook-Shaw, stated that, following comments raised at the last meeting, she would be writing to Members of the Committee, inviting comments on the format and contents of the budget monitoring report to be submitted to the meeting of the Committee in January 2015.

RESOLVED: That the contents of the report now submitted, together with the comments now made, be noted.
