Resolved: that the minutes of the meeting held on 25 September 2014 be approved as a correct record, subject to the following amendments:

Page 3  Paragraph 5.2, second to last bullet point: to amend the sentence “The Council had established a Green Commission to look at how the cost of energy could be reduced” so that it read “The Council had established a Green Commission, the remit of which included fuel poverty and the cost of energy”.

Page 5 Paragraph 6.7. Part 2 of the Resolution be amended after the words “service users” so as to replace the word “to” with the word “and”.
