Sheffield 20mph Speed Limit Strategy: Consideration of Objections to the Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit Orders in Hillsborough, Sharrow Vale and Fox Hill

 

 

27/01/2020 - Sheffield 20mph Speed Limit Strategy: Consideration of Objections to the Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit Orders in Hillsborough, Sharrow Vale and Fox Hill

That approval be given for:-

 

(a)     Brier Street, Keyworth Road and Roselle Street to be removed from the proposed Hillsborough 20mph speed limit;

 

(b)     the making of the Fox Hill and Sharrow Vale 20mph Speed Limit Orders as advertised, and the Hillsborough 20mph Speed Limit Order as amended, in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984;

 

(c)     the submission of a proposal to effect the necessary works to introduce the proposed 20mph speed limit in accordance with the Capital Gateway Process;

 

(d)     the objectors to be informed accordingly;

 

(e)     the introduction of the proposed 20mph speed limits; and

 

(f)      the introduction of part time, advisory, 20mph speed limits on Parkside Road outside Hillsborough Primary School, and on Psalter Lane outside Clifford All Saints C of E Primary School.
