Issue - decisions

That the programme of parking schemes and reviews be developed and implemented in accordance with the principles within the Parking Strategy, subject to:-

(i) obtaining the necessary funding from sources, such as, Local Transport Plan, Invest to Save, ring fenced parking income, developer contributions via Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy contributions; and

(ii) obtaining the required authorisations for each scheme as part of the Capital Approvals Process.
