20/11/2017-25/11/2017 - Town Twinning Between Turkey and the EU Project (Return airfare from Manchester to Istanbul. Three nights' accommodation. One evening meal and two lunches during the conference. Two additional nights were funded by the Member to do some tourist activities) Accepted - The aim was to develop relationships with other cities with a view to bidding for EU funding to develop projects together.
