**Sheffield Health and Social Care Supported Living Services (previously known as the Burngreave Project), will be transferred over to a private service provider. Parents and carers strongly object to the proposed changes put forward by Sheffield City Council.**
There are many adults across Sheffield that need expert care/support from the ONLY provider in Sheffield that can accommodate their needs but Sheffield Council are proposing changing this care to a private company to save money. However this will mean that those who benefited from the these services will now lose the staff they need causing great distress and having a detrimental impact on the quality and continuity of care provided. The (Burngreave Team) have proven their capability and expertise, which is invaluable. We all deserve the best quality care available.
