Shift Media, a charitable not for profit organisation had its funding withdrawn by The Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) due to an Ofsted judgment.
There is no other like for like provision to Shift Media in Sheffield post code area.
The impact on students with protected characteristics was not assessed and therefore the ESFA Ofsted and Sheffield City Council, failed in its duty under the Equality Act 2010.
