2017-20 Core Service Grant for Sheffield City of Sanctuary

 

 

Award Sheffield City of Sanctuary £45,000 per year from 2017/18 to 2019/20 (£135,000 in total).  City of Sanctuary co-ordinates a weekly city centre drop-in service, bringing together a comprehensive range of multi-agency services for asylum seekers and new arrivals. Also provides awareness raising and cross cultural activities with the help of refugee and asylum seeker volunteers to encourage a culture of welcome, hospitality and mutual understanding.
