Councillor Mike Chaplin - Personal Interest - Councillor Mike Chaplin declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 8b (Application No. 22/04253/FUL – 605 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8PT), as he had received an email from Emma Hartland who was in attendance at the meeting to speak against the application. Councillor Chaplin took part in the discussion and voting thereon, as he had not given an opinion or made up his mind on the application prior to the meeting.

Councillor Mike Chaplin - Personal Interest - Councillor Mike Chaplin declared that Agenda Item No. 7b, . 22/04338/FUL - Dore Moor Nursery, Brickhouse Lane, Sheffield, S17 3DQ, was within the jurisdiction of the Peak District National Park Authority, who had put in an objection to the application. Therefore as the Council’s representative on the Peak District National Park Authority he would take no part in the discussion and voting thereon, and would leave the meeting.
