To report receipt of petitions (i) containing 425 signatures objecting to proposed signposting of goods vehicles along Abbey Lane, (ii) containing 10 signatures objecting to the expansion of Westways Primary School (iii) containing 24 signatures from residents of Westmoreland Street requesting changes to the proposed Upperthorpe Residents Permit Parking Scheme.
