That (1) the tender of HEC Contracting Ltd in the notional sum of £20,227,151.92 is accepted; and

 

(2) a Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.

 

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by cabinet on 18.11.21
