Contract award to Amey Hallam Highways under Schedule 7 of the Streets Ahead PFI.

Contract award to EC Surfacing via the Non-Core Measured Term Resurfacing Contract.

That (1) the combined tenders of Amey Hallam Highways and EC Surfacing in the sum of £158,709 is accepted; and

(2) Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by Cooperative Executive on 16.02.22.
