The report seeks to approve the sale of Council land to a special purchaser, who owns neighbouring land, on a private treaty basis.

That the Chief Property Officer and the Director of Legal and Governance be authorised to :-
Finalise a conditional contract for the sale of the subject land to the proposed purchaser as set out in the report.
Reasons for the decision:
To facilitate bringing back into use a disused area of land, and to assist in the regeneration of the Attercliffe area.
