The Committee received a report of the Monitoring Officer
relating to the Terms of Reference of the Independent
Investigation, selection of the Independent Investigator and next
steps.
RESOLVED: that the
Sub-Committee (1) agreed the terms of reference of the Independent
Investigation, (2) reviewed the status of the Chief Executive
during the investigation and agreed that the Chief Executive should
remain on agreed discretionary leave.
